We provide sieve media of electroformed sheets with aperture sizes from 5 micron up to 500 micron, sieve media of woven wire cloth with aperture sizes from 20 micron up to 125 mm and perforated plates made from galvanized steel* with openings from 4 mm up to 125 mm.
*Sieves with perforated plates made from galvanized steel have to be stored in a dry place and must be cleaned and dried after use.

On request, NEXOPART will provide you with extensive test certificates and services for sustainable and compliance-oriented quality assurance. Everything from recertification of the measuring equipment in our factory laboratory – tested in accordance with DIN EN 10204 with acceptance test certificate 3.1 – to accredited calibration of metal mesh test sieves in accordance with DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025. This ensures traceability to the national measurement standards.

The free certificate of works 2.1 according to DIN EN 10204 supplied with test sieves basically certifies that the sieves are manufactured in compliance with the requirements for quality assurance according to ISO 9001.

On request we also issue acceptance test certificates 3.1 according to DIN EN 10204. For this a certification or calibration must be carried out. During calibration, three times more meshes are measured than during certification. The measurement results are stored and are available for later control measurements.

Accredited calibration laboratory  
Ever increasing tougher demands that go beyond the normal standards are now being placed on the reliability of test sieves in an increasing number of application areas. Haver & Boecker meets these demands and, since June 2013, has become Germany’s first accredited calibration laboratory for test sieves of metal wire cloth as to DIN EN ISO / IEC 17025. The calibration certificates for test sieves of metal wire cloth serve as proof of conformance to national and international standards and are recognised internationally by the signatory states within the scope of conventions (EA, ILAC, etc.).
DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025  
This standard contains all requirements to be met by testing and calibration laboratories to manage quality (min. According to DIN EN ISO 9001) and technically competent and able to generate technically valid results to prove. The calibration of test sieves with woven wire cloth according to DIN EN ISO / IEC 17025 expands the current review of test sieves with inspection certificate 3.1 according to EN 10204. The uncertainty mentioned in the calibration certificate is used in the subsequent use of the measuring instrument for correcting of the readings.
